These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ArizonaSC (Arizona Supply Chain Solutions Inc.), a corporation registered in Canada.

All fees are invoiced in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Payment terms are Net-15 from the invoice date.
Invoices not paid within the agreed period are subject to a late payment fee of 2% per month on outstanding balances.
Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Technical educational course fees are non-refundable once course access has been granted.
Upon receipt of full payment, ArizonaSC assigns ownership of all custom deliverables. ArizonaSC retains ownership of all pre-existing intellectual property and proprietary frameworks.
ArizonaSC collects and processes personal data strictly for service delivery. We comply with PIPEDA and applicable Canadian privacy regulations.
