3. Client Responsibilities

By working with ArizonaSC, clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information required to deliver services

  • Ensure access to platforms (Amazon, Shopify, etc.) where services will be performed

  • Maintain compliance with marketplace rules and policies

  • Clear communication throughout the service period

  • Make payments on time according to the agreed terms

Failure to provide necessary information or access may delay the project.


4. Payments & Billing

  • All payments must be made according to the agreed pricing plan.

  • Work will begin only after the initial payment or deposit (if applicable).

  • Monthly service plans must be paid in advance.

  • Late payments may result in suspension or delay of services.

  • Fees once paid for completed or ongoing work are non-refundable.

Some services require third-party tools or advertising budgets, which are the client’s responsibility.


5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, ArizonaSC does not offer refunds on:

  • Completed work

  • Active service subscriptions

  • Digital marketing campaigns (Meta, Google, WhatsApp)

  • Marketplace management services

Refunds may only be considered if no work has been initiated after payment.


6. Timeline & Delivery

We aim to deliver services within the agreed timeline. However, timelines may be affected by:

  • Delayed client responses

  • Missing or incomplete information

  • Platform issues (Amazon, Meta, Google, etc.)

  • Technical or external factors beyond our control

ArizonaSC is not responsible for delays caused by third-party platforms.


7. Client Accounts & Security

When providing access to accounts such as Amazon Seller Central, Shopify Admin, Meta Business Manager, etc., the client is responsible for:

  • Securing login credentials

  • Granting appropriate access permissions

  • Monitoring account activity

ArizonaSC is not liable for issues arising from unauthorized access unless directly caused by our team’s actions.


8. Marketing & Advertising Results

While we strive to deliver strong performance, we do not guarantee specific results, including:

  • Sales

  • Rankings

  • Traffic

  • Leads

  • Ad performance

Digital marketing results may vary based on budget, competition, seasonality, and market behavior.


9. Intellectual Property

  • All content, designs, strategies, and materials created by ArizonaSC remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.

  • Clients may not resell or redistribute our work without permission.

  • Website code, graphics, and marketing materials must not be misused or claimed as your own.


10. Use of Website Content

All text, graphics, logos, and images on this website belong to ArizonaSC and are protected by copyright laws.
Users may not copy, modify, or reuse content without written permission.


11. Limitation of Liability

ArizonaSC is not responsible for:

  • Marketplace account suspensions (Amazon, Walmart, Etsy, eBay, etc.)

  • Rejected ads or policy-related issues

  • Loss of revenue due to external factors

  • Third-party software failures

  • Delays caused by client inaction

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.


12. Privacy & Data Protection

We respect your privacy and follow strict data protection practices.
Client information, logins, and business data are kept confidential and are not shared with third parties unless required by law.


13. Modifications to Terms

ArizonaSC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of CANADA.
